Tandem Coaching’s identity is born from a clear idea: the coaching process as a shared journey. The logo encapsulates this metaphor through a geometric construction in which the “m” acts as the structure of the tandem, while two circular shapes symbolise the two people moving forward together.
The composition favours simplicity and formal balance, avoiding decorative resources to reinforce professionalism and clarity. The geometry provides stability and coherence, while the arrangement of the elements suggests movement and direction.
The result is a conceptual and synthetic identity that visually translates the project’s core value: accompanying, supporting and progressing in parallel.
